Xcel Energy is seeking an Enterprise Planning Transformation Leader to drive SAP SAC and EPPM adoption, aligning financial planning, capital forecasting, and governance with the company’s S/4HANA initiatives. You’ll partner across Finance, Operations, HR, and IT to deliver scalable planning capabilities and measurable business value.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and communicate progress to senior leadership while driving organizational change and AI-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in ERP, enterprise planning, or digital transformation.
• 5+ years leading enterprise SAP implementations or major programs.
• Experience implementing SAP SAC, EPPM, BPC, S/4HANA or related planning tech.
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional initiatives and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise implementation strategy for SAC and EPPM across Xcel Energy.
• Set a long-term planning roadmap aligned with S/4HANA transformation goals.
• Drive modernization of financial planning, forecasting, and governance.
• Ensure alignment with reliability, affordability, and regulatory initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, vendor relations, and program outcomes.
• Engage executives with progress, risks, priorities, and value realization.
