Job summary

Top Prospect Group in Sacramento seeks an experienced SAP ESL Project Manager to lead the SAP S/4HANA PP-PI, QM, Inventory Management and EWM rollout within a larger SAP transformation program. You will partner with IT, Manufacturing, Warehouse Ops, Quality, Supply Chain and SI partners to ensure on-time, in-scope and on-budget delivery for a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities include managing plans and budgets, leading Fit-to-Standard/Gap activities, coordinating cross-functional SAP solutions,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years leading full-cycle SAP implementations.
Working knowledge of SAP PP, PP-PI, QM, Inventory Management and EWM across manufacturing, quality, warehouse and logistics.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives; experience with Wrike/Jira/Asana is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Sacramento SAP ESL implementation on time, within scope and budget.
Manage plans, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and stakeholder communications.
Oversee Fit-to-Standard and Fit/Gap activities for manufacturing and warehouse processes.
Coordinate SAP solutions across PP-PI, QM, Inventory Management, and EWM; enable warehouse operations.
Lead integration testing, UAT, readiness assessments, cutover, deployment and hypercare.
