Xcel Energy seeks a Business Integration Consultant to drive enterprise integration, align processes, data, and systems across business units, and shape technical solutions to meet business needs. You will lead efforts in continuous improvement, coordinating across teams to ensure successful change adoption.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and project management, with preferred experience in SAP S/4 and Coupa Source to Pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years related business area/industry experience or SAP/equivalent ERP/core enterprise systems use and implementation experience.
• Deep knowledge of leading business process solutions through technology enablement.
• Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences and analyze complex business scenarios.
• Leadership, change management and program/project management experience.
• Experience in integrating new technological and process solutions.
• Proven success gaining cross-functional consensus on large strategic and portfolio management initiatives.
• Experience using SAP S/4 and Coupa Source to Pay.

Responsibilities

• Business Integration: Primary business area owner for processes, data, reports, testing, testing coordination/defect resolution/troubleshooting, training, education or communication material for process or application updates or enhancements.
• Business Process Design, Data Management, and Governance: Enforces change controls for enterprise process design documentation, roles, performance measures, reports, and training materials.
• Value Realization: Tracks and measures process effectiveness and designs action plans to realize benefits.
• Demand Management & Prioritization: Facilitates demand management for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Project Management: Serves as solution designer and project lead for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Training, Education and Effective Communication: Leads training and supports change adoption.
• Provide strategic consultation for process improvement initiatives and integrated workflow design.
