Job summary

Eversource seeks an IT Manager – SAP Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery for the Finance and Accounting Reinvention program, including SAP S/4HANA on RISE. You will align business, technology, vendors, architecture, data and change teams toward a single execution plan with a 2028 go-live target.

The role requires 15–20 years in enterprise technology programs, strong delivery discipline, executive communication, and experience in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in IT delivery, program management, enterprise transformation, ERP implementation, or large-scale modernization.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Program Manager on complex, multi-year transformation programs; SAP S/4HANA or ERP modernization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT delivery execution for the FAR program, including planning, requirements, design, build, integration, testing, cutover, deployment, hyper care, and stabilization.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, Integration, and Change Management teams.
• Drive execution across Agile Release Trains and workstreams, including Configuration, Integration and Edge Systems, Enablement, Data, Analytics, Reporting and AI, and Change Management.
• Translate FAR objectives into milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions for timely delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource plans, and business outcomes across teams.
• Coordinate vendor delivery with System Integrator and external partners to ensure accountability.
• Establish governance, program reviews, escalation, decisions, dependencies, and executive reporting.
