Xcel Energy is seeking a Business Integration Consultant to drive enterprise integration and aligned processes across business units. You will analyze business needs, design solutions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating data, reports, and testing activities.

You will influence change, manage projects, and train users as part of delivering strategic enterprise improvements and best-practice governance across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in related business area or ERP/core enterprise systems delivery.
• Ability to communicate with varied audiences and analyze complex scenarios.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise integration and alignment of processes, data, and systems.
• Design and implement process changes to meet business needs.
• Track process effectiveness and drive benefits realization.
• Facilitate demand management and prioritization for improvement opportunities.
