Siemens Energy is seeking a transformation leader to map current processes across North America and guide SAP‑driven standardization. You will shape global templates, determine regional adaptations, and manage essential customization to support business continuity.

You’ll work with senior leaders, coordinating multiple workstreams and driving clear communication and change leadership. You bring 10+ years in enterprise transformation, with ERP experiences and consulting background; strong

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level transformation programs, including ERP modernization or large-scale platform implementations.
Consulting or professional services experience at the Manager or Engagement Lead level is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, tell stories, and present complex topics clearly.
Deep expertise in business process analysis, value stream mapping, and fit-to-template transformation approaches.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation efforts and map current processes to SAP‑driven standardization.
Define fit-to-template decisions and determine essential customization needs.
Coordinate multiple workstreams with cross-functional teams in a consulting‑style delivery.
Develop executive‑level communications explaining scope, rationale, benefits, and implications.
Oversee rollout activities in partnership with business and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Facilitate senior‑level decision‑making and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
