Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a transformation leader to partner with North American business and digital stakeholders, mapping current processes and guiding SAP‑driven standardization. You will determine global templates, regional adaptations, and essential customization to support business continuity.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, coordinate multiple workstreams, and drive change management with clear communication and execution excellence to accelerate progress.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise transformation leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP modernization or large-scale platform implementations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream mapping sessions and document current operations.
• Define fit-to-template decisions and determine necessary customization.
• Partner with Business and Finance Digital Transformation leaders.
• Create executive-ready communications outlining scope, rationale, benefits and implications.
• Build and execute change management and communication strategies.
• Lead multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams in a consulting-style delivery.
• Oversee rollout activities with business and IT stakeholders.
• Facilitate senior-level decision-making and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure smooth transition to the future platform and operating model.
