Qualifications
- 10+ years leading enterprise-level transformation programs (ERP modernization or large-scale platform implementations).
- Consulting or professional services experience at Manager/Engagement Lead level preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate with executives and present complex topics clearly.
Responsibilities
- Lead value stream mapping sessions to document current operations and evaluate alignment with future templates.
- Guide fit-to-template decisions by defining what can be adopted, extended or customized.
- Partner with Business and Finance Digital Transformation leaders to ensure outcomes support strategic priorities.
