Job summary

ILAB in Atlanta, GA is seeking an enthusiastic Market Development Representative to generate enterprise opportunities through targeted campaigns, outbound outreach, and disciplined qualification. You’ll engage CIOs, CTOs, PMO leaders, and procurement executives to accelerate pipeline growth and support the sales team.

You will partner with Marketing on industry-focused campaigns, research target accounts, and schedule discovery meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years’ experience in B2B outbound prospecting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign tracking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Structured and disciplined work style with research aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted campaigns by industry vertical to drive pipeline growth.
• Identify and map high-value target organizations and stakeholders.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn to generate meetings.
• Qualify opportunities and document insights in CRM for handoff to sales.
• Coordinate discovery meetings and provide account intelligence to executives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent

2-5 years’ experience in B2B outbound prospecting
