Remedy Staffing in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician II to deliver advanced desktop and technical support for end users. The role covers troubleshooting hardware, software, network, mobile devices, and peripherals while ensuring excellent customer service.

You will install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and related technology, and assist with upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop support, help desk, or IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Associate degree or relevant technical certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier II desktop support and technical troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Desktop Support Technician II – Tallahassee, FL

$25-$28/hour

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide advanced desktop and technical support for end users in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, mobile device, and peripheral issues while delivering outstanding customer service. The Desktop Support Technician II will install, configure, maintain, and support computer systems, printers, and related technology, as well as assist with system upgrades, equipment deployments, and user account administration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier II desktop support and technical troubleshooting


• Diagnose and resolve Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
