Job summary
Shift4 is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive new business and close major enterprise deals across North America. You will operate as a senior individual contributor, navigating complex organizations and partnering with Shift4's resources to win strategic clients above $25 million in volume.
This role requires a proven track record in payments, strong stakeholder management, and willingness to travel to client sites and conferences as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology.
- Business development sales experience with BD clients.
- Account Management experience with Fortune 500 customers.
- Minimum of 5 years payments experience or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of the Payments industry.
- Strong understanding of hardware platforms and configuration methods.
- Experience in hardware deployment and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop accounts with significant growth opportunities.
- Grow revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts.
- Be a trusted advisor with key customer stakeholders at corporate, franchise, or local sites.
- Engage Shift4 resources including technical and product experts.
- Lead and orient project/implementation teams for new accounts.
- Partner with Strategic Account Managers to deepen enterprise relationships.
