Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager for Global and Regional System Integrators to own marketing for our services partners. You will build joint marketing plans with each partner, run executive programs, and transform partner deliveries into customer proof that drives enterprise deals.

This hands-on role collaborates with Partner Account Managers and the Alliances team to prioritize accounts and scale successful programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner marketing programs with global or regional system integrators or similar partners.
• Ability to create joint value propositions and executive programs for enterprise buyers.
• Strong track record in leading end-to-end partner marketing campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

• Own joint marketing plans for high-performing GSI/RSI partners with quarterly calendars and metrics.
• Develop campaigns and executive programs targeting C-suite and senior influencers.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Managers and Alliances to identify priority accounts and ABM plays.
• Lead partner announcements and ensure alignment with Anthropic messaging and branding.
• Track ROI and contribute to playbooks used across the partner network.
