Cardless in San Francisco seeks a Manager of Partner Growth to own the full portfolio of live brand partners, including Coinbase and Bilt. You will be the primary contact responsible for partner health, program performance, and revenue expansion.

You’ll triage issues across product, support, and operations and drive the partner strategy with leadership. You’ll serve as the internal quarterback, ensuring fast resolution, building trust with executives, and aligning roadmaps with partner needs.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management with exposure to financial services
• Demonstrated track record of cultivating and growing enterprise partnerships
• Judgment and autonomy to prioritize a portfolio and make calls without micro-management

Aufgaben

• Own the full portfolio of live Cardless brand partners and be the primary point of contact for accounts
• Triages issues across product, support, and operations to provide fast, accurate resolutions
• Act as internal quarterback for accounts and communicate partner needs to product and leadership
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners and track activation, spend, retention, and growth metrics
• Identify and pitch expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue growth
• Maintain honest, current view of account health and flag risks early
• Represent Cardless as the partner voice internally and ensure roadmap priorities reflect partner needs
