Job summary

Candid Health in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Partnerships Growth Associate to help build and scale our partnership operations from the ground up. You will drive outreach and nurture engines, manage logistics for partner/investor events, and act as a chief-of-staff-style thought partner to the Head of Partnerships.

In this role you will own the cadence for lead generation across investors, partners, and advisors, maintain CRM hygiene, and help shape channel strategy through cross-functional

Qualifications

1-3 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial operations.
Experience working with investor and/or advisor outreach.
Comfortable building processes from scratch and navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

First 90 Days: stand up sourcing and outreach engine across investors, partners, and advisors.
Lead generation: maintain a steady cadence of qualified leads and meetings.
Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing to manage partner materials.
Operations & systems hygiene: keep CRM/tools and docs organized.
Strategic thought partnership: advise Head of Partnerships on market signals and channel strategy.
