Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to lead PAM strategy, architecture, and governance across enterprise systems. You will build and mentor a team, drive automation, and partner with IT leaders to ensure timely delivery of PAM initiatives.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing PAM solutions, policy development, and ensuring robust privileged access across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Information Security experience with strong PAM focus.
• 3+ years leading or managing an enterprise PAM program.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar PAM platform.
• Knowledge of privileged accounts, service accounts, credentials and sessions.
• Strong understanding of AD, Entra ID/Azure, Windows and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for PAM design, configuration and implementation.
• Own and drive enterprise PAM strategy and multi-year plan.
• Establish PAM policies, standards, procedures and governance.
• Provide technical leadership for PAM platforms and services.
• Architect and develop PAM solutions with documentation and test cases.
• Create automation, self-service and resiliency in PAM processes.
• Define monitoring, alerts and reporting from PAM platforms.
• Manage risks and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Lead change and communicate strategy to stakeholders.
• Develop program communications framework and metrics.
• Contribute to information security strategy and architecture.
