Pacific Life is seeking a talented User Access Management (UAM) Manager to lead a team of analysts and ensure secure access to applications, systems and data. You will serve as a SME across divisions and partners, driving compliance, audits, and continuous improvement in IAM practices.

You will mentor analysts, drive automation initiatives, and maintain policy adherence while delivering high-quality user access governance in a rapidly agile environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate has extensive IAM experience and leads enterprise UAM programs.
• The role requires strong security, governance, and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with audits, SOPs and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager of UAM for the IAM department and mentor analysts.
• Oversee granting/revoking access based on roles, permissions and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop automation proposals to streamline access management processes.
• Monitor audits and drive improvements in IAM services and metrics.
