Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to lead PAM strategy, architecture and delivery across enterprise infrastructure and applications in California.

You will manage a team, drive multi-year PAM roadmaps, govern policies, and partner with IT leaders to enable timely, secure privileged access. 5+ years in information security and 3+ years PAM leadership required; CISSP/CISM/CISA preferred; base pay range disclosed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Information Security experience with PAM platforms.
• 3+ years leading or managing an enterprise PAM program.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar PAM platform.
• Experience designing enterprise privileged access strategies.
• Knowledge of AD, Entra ID/Azure, Windows, Linux, networks, databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and implementation of PAM capabilities.
• Own enterprise PAM strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Establish PAM policies, standards and governance.
• Escalation point for PAM risks and issues; provide leadership.
• Oversee PAM platforms, including CyberArk and related tech.
• Develop documentation, use cases, requirements and tests.
• Evolve automation, self-service and resiliency in PAM.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure strategy alignment.
