Job summary

Pacific Life in Newport Beach, CA is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives across enterprise infrastructure and business applications. You will own the PAM strategy, drive a multi-year plan, collaborate with IT leaders, and deliver automation, governance, and proactive risk management while mentoring a team of engineers and analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Information Security experience with PAM platforms.
• 3+ years leading enterprise PAM program or engineering function.
• Strong hands-on with CyberArk or similar PAM platform.
• Experience designing enterprise privileged access strategies.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure, Windows and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement PAM capabilities to drive enterprise PAM strategy.
• Own and drive PAM strategy and multi-year plan including scan, remediation, lifecycle, rotation and vaulting.
• Establish PAM policies, standards, and governance processes.
• Provide technical leadership for PAM platforms and services.
• Develop automation, self-service, and resiliency in PAM solutions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage risk/issues for timely delivery.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure strategy and roadmaps are understood.
