Job summary

Pacific Life seeks an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Director to lead a global IAM team focused on workforce and customer authentication and directory services. You will define the strategic vision, drive roadmaps, and ensure operational excellence across IAM platforms, delivering automation and scalable solutions.

You will partner with senior leaders to align IAM initiatives with business goals, develop talent, measure performance, and foster a culture of security,

Qualifications

• 10+ years Information Security with IAM focus.
• 8+ years IAM engineering/operational experience.
• Experience in engineering/supporting IAM platforms (Entra, AD, Okta, Auth0, Netwrix).
• Knowledge of authentication services (SAML, OIDC, MFA).
• Experience with multi-domain forests and consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM department and team.
• Drive enterprise IAM strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Design, document, and implement IAM solutions and use cases.
• Ensure uptime during business hours and reliability.
• Drive automation, self-service, and resilience.
