Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) delivery across the enterprise. You will define strategy, roadmaps and governance, partner with IT leaders, and guide teams to implement secure, automated PAM solutions.

Responsibilities include designing and overseeing PAM architectures, managing privileged accounts and credentials, and driving adoption with strong stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

5+ years Information Security experience with PAM platforms (CyberArk, Delinea, Netwrix).
3+ years leading enterprise PAM programs or engineering functions.
Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar PAM platforms and privileged accounts.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure, Windows, Linux, networks and databases.
Security governance, risk, audits and controls awareness.

Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration and implementation of PAM capabilities to support enterprise PAM strategy.
Own and drive PAM strategy and multi-year roadmaps across governance, remediation and lifecycle management.
Develop policies, standards and governance for PAM programs.
Provide technical leadership and architecture documentation for PAM platforms.
Deliver automation, self-service and resiliency in PAM solutions.
