Job summary

Pacific Life seeks a User Access Management (UAM) Manager to lead the IAM department and supervise analysts responsible for granting and revoking access to applications, systems, data, and infrastructure. You will ensure compliance with internal security control policies, mentor staff, and drive automation improvements in a rapidly agile environment.

As the SME for identity and access management, you will collaborate with business and technical teams, monitor audits, and help mature the UAM

Qualifications

• Eight plus years in information security with IAM expertise.
• Experience leading an enterprise IAM or UAM/provisioning function.
• Strong leadership, mentorship and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID/Azure.
• Knowledge of security governance, risk and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager of UAM for the IAM department.
• Oversee analysts granting/revoking user access per roles and permissions.
• Ensure compliance with internal security controls and standards.
• Mentor UAM analysts and drive performance feedback in an agile environment.
• Identify improvements and develop automation for access management.
• Monitor compliance with Enterprise Information and Security Policy and IAM standards.
