Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow the flexible packaging business in the northeast TN area.

You will identify and win new enterprise clients across food, beverage, confectionery, pet food, and consumer goods, guiding them to smarter packaging solutions and collaborating with R&D and production to deliver on commitments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales or technical service (B2B preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional international travel.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of printing and packaging.
• Experience selling to enterprise clients in food, beverage, confectionery, pet food, and consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Build & Grow New Business by identifying and winning new enterprise clients across target industries.
• Open doors, build trust, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Communicate the value of rotogravure printing and packaging solutions to clients.
• Coordinate with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless project execution.
• Manage accounts end-to-end from first contact to delivery, proposals, and RFPs.
