The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a driven Sales Manager to expand our flexible packaging business in the northeast Tennessee region. You will combine relationship-building with technical know-how to deliver smarter packaging solutions and advocate for our clients’ brands on shelves.

In this role you will identify new enterprise opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales or technical service (B2B preferred).
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of printing and packaging.
• Ability to navigate long sales cycles and close deals.
• Willing to travel up to 50% (including occasional international travel).

Responsabilités

• Identify and win new enterprise clients across food, beverage, confectionery, pet food, and consumer goods industries.
• Open doors, build trust, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge of rotogravure printing, substrates, and ink systems to advise customers.
• Communicate the performance, quality, and cost advantages of rotogravure printing, and position value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless project execution.
• Own the customer experience from first conversation to final delivery, including quotes and RFP responses.
