Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow our flexible packaging business in the northeast TN area. You will blend consultative selling with technical learning to solve packaging challenges and help brands stand out on shelves.

In this role you will own the customer experience from initial contact to delivery, manage quotes and RFP responses, and collaborate with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless execution. Willing to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales or technical service (B2B preferred).
• Degree in Business, Packaging Science, Graphic Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including international travel).

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new enterprise clients across food, beverage, confectionery, pet food, and consumer goods.
• Open doors, build trust, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge of rotogravure printing, substrates, and ink systems.
• Communicate advantages of rotogravure printing and materials to clients.
• Collaborate with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless execution.
• Own the customer experience from first contact to final delivery and quotes.
