Job summary

RedSail Technologies, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager to serve as the dedicated operational and technical partner for strategic customers. You will own day-to-day operational success, coordinate cross-functional resources, and act as the trusted advisor across pharmacy operations and systems.

Responsibilities include owning issues end-to-end, guiding resolutions, and maintaining proactive communication with executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise account management or related customer-facing role.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex operational/technical issues.
• Proven ability to build trusted enterprise relationships with service & operational results.
• Strong organizational and project management skills across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated operational and technical partner for assigned strategic Customer(s) with trusted relationships and operational excellence.
• Understand customer pharmacy operations, systems, integrations, data exchanges, and workflows.
• Coordinate with Business Development Manager to ensure seamless customer experience and cross-functional alignment.
• Own customer issues end-to-end, guiding resolution with proactive communication.
