Pelico seeks a results-driven Customer Operations professional to own end-to-end relationships with enterprise accounts, driving adoption and measurable improvements across complex manufacturing settings.

You will engage senior operators, diagnose challenges, and push initiatives through to execution, ensuring Pelico's platform becomes a day-to-day decision support tool and a trusted ROI driver.

Qualifications

• 2–10+ years in customer-facing, operational, or analytical roles.
• Track record of ownership and delivering results in high-expectation environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, able to bridge technical and business.
• Comfortable with senior stakeholders and ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer relationships with adoption, impact, and long-term success.
• Diagnose operational challenges with stakeholders and drive measurable improvements.
• Deliver ROI by ensuring Pelico is used and relied on for day-to-day decisions.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to grow accounts.
