Job summary

Payactiv, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Client Onboarding Specialist to drive onboarding and activation for enterprise clients from our Milpitas, CA office. You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Payroll, Compliance, and Tech to ensure seamless implementation and launch success.

The role requires a strategic mindset, a customer advocate approach, and a strong technical background in financial products to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, operations, marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, customer success, project coordination, or related role.
• Experience managing multiple projects, implementations, or client relationships simultaneously.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, payroll, HR technology, SaaS, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during onboarding and activation.
• Communicate effectively to escalate concerns and launch issues.
• Monitor KPIs and launch performance, adjusting as needed.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and activation meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure documentation, configurations, integrations, and approvals are completed before launch.
• Conduct post-launch reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and Tech teams.
