Job summary

Altruist is seeking an Onboarding Program Lead, Enterprise to own the onboarding experience for our largest and most complex firms. You will manage end-to-end transitions for $1B+ RIAs, aggregators, and API-first shops, defining playbooks, milestones, and standards for scalable onboarding.

This is an individual contributor role with potential to expand into people leadership as the team grows. You’ll work with COOs, CCOs, and principals to understand business objectives within the first 30

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation, onboarding, transitions, or solutions consulting within financial services; custodian or large RIAs preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for the most complex Enterprise engagements and be the primary contact from Sales handoff through readiness and long-term handoff
• Translate firm operations into a transition plan that captures structure, tech stack, and objectives before commitments
• Design engagements around how firms are organized, with sessions for the right audiences, on-site when needed
• Be the go-to expert when a firm's complexity outruns the playbook and maintain a current, scalable standard
• Scale onboarding by shaping the process, playbooks, milestones, and knowledge transfer requirements
• Synthesize engagement learnings and feed back to Onboarding, CS, Product, Engineering, and Compliance with specificity
