LoanPro is seeking an Enterprise Support professional for our Farmington, UT office. You will own client relationships, coordinate with implementation engineers and customer success managers, and ensure timely, effective solutions for Enterprise clients.

The role requires mentoring Mid-Market staff, configuring client-specific solutions, and maintaining proactive communication with clients and internal teams. Onsite work is essential, with remote options at management discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages inbound Enterprise client requests via Slack, meetings, and email.
• Acts as main point of contact for Enterprise clients and coordinating with Mid-Market Support.
