Job summary

Rebar, based in New York, NY, is hiring a Director of Implementation & Onboarding to lead end-to-end client onboarding for a SaaS platform serving HVAC, electrical, and plumbing sectors. The role is full-time and onsite in NYC’s Flatiron District, reporting to Client Success with cross-functional exposure to Product, Sales, and Engineering.

You will build scalable processes, manage Implementation Managers, and drive adoption and value realization across enterprise and SMB clients, including API

Qualifications

Experience leading implementation teams in complex SaaS environments.
Ability to deploy configurable products and custom workflows.
Strong operational mindset with scalable processes.

Responsibilities

Own and scale the end to end implementation and onboarding function.
Build repeatable workflows, playbooks, trainings, and systems for complex client implementations.
Define and operationalize onboarding across organizational setup, workflow design, product configuration, and user training.
Lead and grow a team of Implementation Managers across construction verticals.
Partner with Sales and CS on handoffs and implementation scoping.
Drive time to value, adoption, and efficiency across accounts.
