Job summary

Confido in NYC is seeking a Director of Implementation to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for its enterprise customers. This high-impact individual contributor role transforms signed contracts into live deployments, working with customers, product, CS, and sales.

The ideal candidate has led complex enterprise rollouts across B2B SaaS, consulting, or CPG environments and thrives on structured problem solving. Reports to Head of Implementation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise software implementations or complex onboarding.
• Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong plan ownership, status updates, and escalation when off track.
• Comfort with data exploration, configuring software, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CPG, retail, or supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle—from kickoff through go-live—for enterprise customers.
• Design and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workstreams across deployments.
• Configure and customize the Confido platform to match customer workflows and requirements.
• Drive customer-side stakeholder alignment and ensure proper engagement at key moments.
• Build implementation playbooks with templates, checklists, and escalation paths.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to monitor onboarding health and velocity.
• Partner with Sales to scope pre-sales and set realistic timelines; hand off to CS with context.
