Job summary

Snowflake seeks an experienced Technical Account Manager for Observe, a high-growth SaaS observability platform. You will partner with enterprise customers to embed Observe into daily workflows, optimize telemetry strategies, and improve reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across complex environments.

You will work with SRE, DevOps, platform, and engineering teams to evolve telemetry strategies, drive adoption, and deliver executive-ready updates.

Qualifications

7+ years in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, observability, or customer-facing tech advisory roles.
Hands-on with production observability platforms.
Direct experience with leading observability solutions (Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Elastic).
Practical OpenTelemetry experience (logs, metrics, traces) and telemetry pipelines.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
Experience improving incident response, alert quality, and troubleshooting speed.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical owner and trusted advisor for assigned strategic accounts.
Build familiarity with customer architectures, datasets, use cases, and goals.
Partner with SRE, DevOps, and platform teams to embed Observe into workflows.
Optimize datasets, dashboards, and alerts for reliability, performance, and cost.
Lead health checks, architecture reviews, and proactive improvement initiatives.
Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities.
Coordinate technical escalations with Support, Eng., and Product.
Provide guidance during change events and scaling initiatives.
