Job summary

Astound seeks a Sales Engineer to act as the technical SME for Enterprise Accounts, focusing on Ethernet, DIA, and Private Networking, plus Voice solutions including UC and SD-WAN. You will craft proposals, deliver network topologies, and collaborate with Sales Executives to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include attending meetings, building pricing requests, and training Enterprise teams. A hybrid work environment applies with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent training/experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience supporting telecom services to Enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to build and execute technical solutions and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support and develop proposals with Sales Executives.
• Attend customer meetings in person or remotely and tailor solutions.
• Prepare network topologies, drawings, specs, and pricing requests.
• Serve as technical liaison from pre-sales to post-sales and train teams.
