Job summary

NETGEAR is seeking a technically skilled Systems Engineer to lead pre-sales technical design and post-sale deployments for enterprise customers. Travel 25-50% may be required, with a remote role centered in the Northeast U.S., preferably near Boston or Philadelphia.

You will architect and deploy Wi‑Fi, LAN switches, routers, and security solutions, while gathering customer feedback to influence product direction and ensure a superior experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems/network engineering with customer exposure.
• Experience communicating complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to design and deploy enterprise-grade networking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-sales technical consultation and solution designs.
• Architect and deploy enterprise Wi-Fi, switching, routing, and security.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmaps.
• Support secure environments using Zero Trust concepts and cloud tools.
• Provide training and guidance to channel partners and customers.
