Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
• Expertise in Wi-Fi, LAN switching, cloud networking, and Zero Trust security.
• Strong troubleshooting and solution development across wireless and wired networks.
• Experience with RF design tools such as Ekahau or equivalent.
• Industry certifications (CWNA/CCNA/CCNP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-sales technical consultation, solution design, product demos, and proofs-of-concepts for enterprise needs.
• Lead architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, switches, routers, security and cloud solutions.
• Present technical content to IT stakeholders, channel partners, and internal teams.
• Bridge customer needs with Support to ensure smooth post-sales transitions and escalations.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to Product Management to shape future releases.
