Job summary

NETGEAR is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead technical aspects during the sales cycle and post-sales deployments of wired and wireless enterprise networking. The role emphasizes architectural leadership, customer-facing guidance, and rapid problem solving across Wi-Fi, LAN, and security domains.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor with deep experience in enterprise networking, including Zero Trust security and cloud management, and will contribute customer feedback to product plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Systems/Network Engineering or similar customer-facing role.
• Deep knowledge of Wi‑Fi 6/6E/7 and enterprise switching, routing, QoS, and security practices.
• Experience with cloud-managed networking (Netgear Insight or competitors).
• Understanding of Zero Trust concepts including identity-based access and micro-segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-sales technical consultation, design solutions, demos, and proofs-of-concept for enterprise needs.
• Architect and deploy enterprise-grade Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, security, and cloud solutions.
• Present technical content to IT stakeholders, channel partners, and internal teams.
