Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in USA (Virginia, Arlington) seeks a senior leader to own migration/modernization engagements for enterprise customers.

You will lead a world-class team of advisors, shape the operating model, and drive multi-divisional strategies to accelerate migration velocity and revenue attainment across NAMER. The role requires deep experience in migration/modernization assessments, business case development, and change leadership with CxO level stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
10+ years of migration/modernization sales, advisory, and/or delivery at cloud tech, consulting, or enterprise
Experience leading teams that sell and deliver migration/modernization engagements to enterprise customers
Proven track record of building or scaling functions/teams — operating plans, competencies, engagement standards
Experience leading CxO and IT leaders’ engagements on migration/modernization with measurable business outcomes
Ability to develop and close complex, competitive deals with strong commercial structuring

Responsibilities

Lead a team of migration/modernization advisors and build a world-class team
Own team strategy, operating model, engagement quality, and KPIs for the NAMER units
Lead CxO and IT leaders' engagements on must-win accounts and deals
Lead migration/modernization as-a-business with cross-functional stakeholders
Author/contribute to methods and tools and enablement content for sales
Earn trust and influence stakeholders outside NAMER including WW Specialists and Partners
Contribute to AGS NAMER BD/GTM strategy and execution as a senior NAMER leader
