Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Migration Sales Specialist to lead GTM and accelerate migration and modernization for Enterprise customers. You will shape strategy, define programs, and mobilize cross-functional teams to move on-premises workloads to AWS, including VMware and EVS pathways.

In this role you will engage CIOs and IT leaders, craft compelling value propositions, measure ROI, and drive scalable programs with sales, product, engineering, and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations).
• Experience shaping strategy and influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Execute the GTM strategy for Infrastructure Migration and Modernization.
• Shape the narrative around infrastructure modernization and AI-powered migration assessment.
• Engage with enterprise leaders, partners, and customers to communicate migration value.
• Establish data-driven metrics to measure ROI and program effectiveness.
• Evangelize migration solutions through thought leadership and events.
• Own the strategic business development plan coordinating sales, product, engineering, legal, and support.
