Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Deployment Strategist to lead end-to-end enterprise migrations and platform modernizations within an AI-native delivery framework. You will own the delivery lifecycle, govern scope, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional delivery teams
• Strong background in program governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management
• Experience orchestrating delivery alongside Professional Services teams, SIs, and external customer teams
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud ecosystems
• Practical experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and operations
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff
• Establish engagement governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, including Migration Leads, Professional Services consultants, and SI Partners
• Serve as primary contact for VP- and C-suite stakeholders, translating migration workstreams into business outcomes
• Lead steering committee reviews and guide customers through organizational change
• Lead discovery workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done reviews, map requirements to standard patterns
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy documentation and accelerate delivery workflows
• Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead post-migration handoffs for adoption
