Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience with executive stakeholder management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end across Discovery to Value Realization and Handoff.
• Establish engagement governance, milestones, scope, and risk management.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Serve as primary contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders and translate workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and guide organizational change efforts.
• Conduct discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, documentation, and delivery workflows.
