Salesforce is seeking a Deployment Strategist to act as the operational backbone, program lead, and business strategist for high-stakes customer migrations and platform modernizations. This role blends program management, engagement leadership, and business analysis, guiding end-to-end delivery within an AI-native framework.

You will lead cross-functional pods, govern engagements, conduct executive governance, and accelerate discovery with AI tools to deliver rapid value for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional delivery teams and tight milestone discipline.
• Strong governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff.
• Establish engagement governance, track critical-path milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
• Direct the day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, including Migration Leads, Professional Services consultants, and SI Partners.
• Serve as primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite stakeholders, translating complex migration workstreams into clear business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done reviews, auditing legacy processes and mapping requirements to target patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs, extract logic, auto-generate assets, and accelerate delivery workflows.
• Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead operational handoffs post-migration.
