Job summary

You will support multi-site environments, manage user accounts, and coordinate with developers and project managers to deploy global solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in technical operations, proficiency in M365, AD, Exchange, and strong ITIL knowledge, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical operations or enterprise support role.
• Proficiency with Outlook and M365 messaging technologies.
• SharePoint administration experience.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, Skype, WebEx.
• Strong ITIL framework understanding and problem solving.
