Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Messaging and Collaboration Engineer to maintain and support the enterprise infrastructure across Outlook, SharePoint, WebEx and related apps. The role emphasizes SME leadership in resolving complex issues and coordinating worldwide deployments.

You will train users and junior staff, uphold ITIL best practices, and ensure security and performance of the messaging environment. Requires 3+ years in operations, strong communication, and hands-on Windows/M365 experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical operations or enterprise support role.
• Proficiency with Outlook and M365 messaging technologies.
• Experience with SharePoint administration.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, OneDrive, MS Teams, Skype, WebEx.
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and operational best practices.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong process documentation and technical writing skills.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS, internet browsers, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support enterprise Messaging and Collaboration infrastructure.
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues as SME.
• Coordinate deployment of worldwide enterprise solutions with developers and PMs.
• Provide training to users and junior IT staff.
