Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Messaging and Collaboration Specialist to maintain and support enterprise email and collaboration infrastructure across a large, multi-site environment. You will handle Outlook, SharePoint, WebEx, and related tools, coordinate deployments, and advise on security, performance, and operational excellence.

The role requires 3+ years in an enterprise support setting, strong ITIL knowledge, and proven ability to troubleshoot across Microsoft 365 apps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations or enterprise support role.
• Proficiency with Outlook and M365 messaging technologies.
• Experience with SharePoint administration.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, OneDrive, MS Teams, Skype, WebEx.
• Strong ITIL understanding and operational best practices.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with effective communication.
• Strong documentation and technical writing abilities.
• Solid Windows OS, browsers and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Basic networking knowledge and ability to participate in on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Administers Messaging and Collaboration user accounts and changes in enterprise environment.
• Lead resolution of complex technical issues as SME.
• Coordinate with developers and project managers to deploy worldwide enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and feedback for service level and environment optimization.
• Protect security of messaging through access controls and certifications.
• Provide training to users, junior technicians and IT personnel.
