Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert to lead a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. You will translate commerce and advertising capabilities into scalable, repeatable offerings for enterprise customers globally, collaborating with Strategy, ProServe delivery, and partners.

You will shape pursuits where commerce, advertising, or data-driven marketing creates customer value, navigating diverse geographies and business units with influence and clarity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments with complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits involving commerce or advertising with the right experts from qualification to close.
• Bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations to make ProServe delivery visible and accessible.
• Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure customer value and feasible delivery.
• Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators to deploy quickly for customers.
• Engage partners to expand delivery capacity and scale solutions beyond direct involvement.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and AWS business units with strong judgment.
