Job summary

AWS ProServe seeks a Principal to be the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team, shaping offerings and guiding engagements with enterprise customers worldwide.

You will translate Amazon's commerce and advertising capabilities into repeatable, scalable solutions, coordinating with strategy, delivery, and partner teams to create measurable business outcomes across geographies and industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within large enterprise environments
• Able to connect advertising and marketing tech to business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits involving commerce or advertising across Amazon domains
• Bridge ProServe to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP to showcase delivery capabilities
• Support deal structure with regional advocates to ensure value and feasibility
• Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators to shorten deployment time
• Engage partners to extend reach so solutions scale beyond direct ProServe involvement
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies and industries with customer outcome focus
