Job summary

DaVita seeks a Learning Technology Platform Manager to co-own the ecosystem of LMS/LXP platforms, owning vendor relationships, roadmaps, integrations, and operational standards. This is a leadership role focused on enterprise-scale platform decisions and technology discovery, including AI-enabled capabilities.

The ideal candidate will govern platform operations, drive integrations and data flows, and lead matrixed teams across Wisdom, enterprise Technology, and operations to ensure uninterrupted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree in a related field (technology management or adult learning).
• 4+ years' experience managing enterprise learning technology platforms (LMS, LXP, or related).
• Experience managing platform governance, standardized processes, vendor relationships, and platform roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own platform ownership and decision authority for enterprise learning platforms, including governance and roadmaps.
• Lead technology discovery, market scanning, and pilot emerging capabilities in governance with business.
• Direct matrixed teams to enable platform functionality and ensure uptime of critical learning systems.
