Job summary

Lilly is constructing a Houston-based manufacturing facility and seeks a Learning Architect to design and maintain platform-wide training. The role supports 90% platform-level and 10% site-level content, aligning with COE standards and governance across sites.

The candidate will collaborate with Platform Leads, SMEs, and COE to ensure compliant, current content for GMP training, leveraging LMS tools and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or Manufacturing/Quality operations.
• Experience with curriculum design, learning management systems, and GMP training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design platform-specific curriculum content within COE governance and global standards.
• Coordinate with site SMEs and Platform Leads to ensure content reflects current manufacturing processes.
• Develop content reflecting platform-level and site-specific needs across multiple sites/time zones.
• Apply process-based curriculum principles and organize content by manufacturing process.
• Ensure content aligns with Global/Platform/Site three-layer model.
