Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Solutioning to act as the solution architect for instructor-led and online training across enterprise clients. You will partner with Sales, Client Partners, Product Management, Training Operations, Customer Success, and Delivery to design scalable learning solutions that address workforce transformation and performance outcomes.

The role requires strong consultative selling, experience with live training products, and the ability to translate business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning solutions, enterprise education, consulting, or workforce development.
• Experience designing and positioning instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into measurable learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary solutioning lead for live training opportunities across enterprise clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify objectives, workforce challenges, learners, and success metrics.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable live training solutions and learning journeys.
• Partner with Client Partners and Sales during qualification, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Demonstrate value of live training within workforce transformation programs.
• Develop tailored recommendations balancing outcomes, feasibility, and commercial objectives.
