Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Solutioning to serve as the subject matter expert and solution architect for instructor‑led, virtual and blended learning solutions across enterprise clients. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, Training Operations, Customer Success, and Delivery to design scalable programs that address workforce transformation and performance outcomes.

You will translate customer requirements into tailored learning journeys, support SOWs and pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning solutions, training services, enterprise education, consulting, solution architecture, or workforce development.
• Experience designing and positioning instructor‑led and virtual instructor‑led training solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers and complex sales cycles.
• Excellent written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into measurable learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning for live training opportunities across enterprise clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify objectives, challenges, learner audiences, and success metrics.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable live training solutions and learning journeys.
• Partner with Client Partners and Sales during qualification, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Demonstrate value of live training within workforce transformation programs.
• Develop tailored recommendations balancing outcomes, feasibility, and commercial objectives.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Pearson's instructor‑led training and delivery platforms.
• Act as SME for live training products and learning pathways.
• Collaborate with Product Management to identify market opportunities and portfolio enhancements.
• Support development of repeatable solution bundles and go‑to‑market offerings.
• Contribute to sales enablement assets and client collateral.
